Reading: I can recognize characteristics of nonfiction.
**Students will take their nonfiction assessment Tuesday, then a fiction pre-assessment Wednesday to help determine my small group placements for the 3rd marking period.**
Phonics: I can read and spell r-controlled syllables: er, ir, ur (her, shirt, burp)
Math: Students will learn strategies to compose a 10.
Science: Objects in the sky

Every day we check students folders to collect homework and write any behavior notes from the day. This helps hold students accountable for their work and choices at school, while practicing responsibility of bringing the folder to and from school each day. We need you to check for homework and behavior notes every night and initial the day's box, regardless if they have a note or not. THANK YOU :)
